It's really a two step process.

1) There needs to be an awareness that Junior George really is the problem. This of course runs counter to the massive amounts of propaganda put out by News Corp. and the Moonies.

2) Next, he needs to be kept from continuing the harm. This is best done through congress, but congress needs constant hand holding from the public.
