He cuts his earnings estimate by about 9% and cuts
his price target 42%? A look at his others:

Brocade: earnings cut 7%, price target cut 63%
Emulex: earnings cut 7%, price target cut 54%
Qlogic: earnings cut 3%, price target cut 20%
StorageTech: earnings cut 11%, price target cut 21%

He must be factoring in a lower earnings multiple
going forward due to a slower, than predicted,
recovery. Some people are looking beyond 2003
to 2004 for anything meaningful occurring.
