$110K in fines, big deal. I wonder how much they stole from investors. They basically pay the SEC a little money so they can go and fleece investors. I'm amazed they don't offer to give the SEC their cut up front. Where does the SEC think the fine money came from, the investors. Does the SEC give the money to the people fleeced? No, they keep it for themselves.
