But that doesn't make her books any better. She was an interesting woman, I'll give you that. And her philosophy also is intriguing. But her novels.....

I can't argue with those points, but again, I find her philosophy rather.....I guess the word is "adolescent"....and marked by a particularly twentieth century American selfishness.
One good thing about feminism's coming of age is that we don't have to support a woman just because she's female and brave. I disagree with Rand's writings and philosophy, still think she was a brilliant, interesting person.
