Mq, Having access is one thing, need is another, want is yet a third. And like you, I expect always on broadband to be as pervasive across the globe as the diesel engine. One day. Sure, our camp this weekend would have been a lot less work if we'd brought along a diesel powered wood splitter. Could have been far less trouble cooking if we'd brought a microwave oven and a diesel generator to power it. But the kids favorite part was splitting wood and cooking over an open fire. The ability to be always on is already ours. At least in my neck of the woods. I shudder to think of flicking on the screen and being instantaneously connected to Ed though. I suspect it's mutual. As far as the flies in Canada are concerned, from all I'd heard, I was dreading the little blighters. But they were a totally non-issue as far as I remember. John
