I agree.
There's potroast out there that NEEDS to be eaten. It is, in fact, our duty to eat it. But Mr. X has always been a sociopath :-)

I LOVE potroast. Probably more than any other way of cooking meat. With potatoes, carrots, onions, and rich gravy. A feast that can't be beat.
