ge-b, it may be a moot point shortly but it seems to me that freedom of speech got lost in the shuffle. Perhaps the report didn't meet SEC guidelines for proving reserves, so what? There could be a caveat on that part but there was a lot of work involved, not to mention cost and it only seems right that the work be allowed to be made public. Either that or prove it wrong.
