Mark, High grade bonds have been doing great, though high grade munis have not been doing as well as Treasuries. I look at the closed end funds and the high grade muni funds are yielding more than the high grade corporate funds. Hey, folks, what about taxes? <g> But given the huge number of munis coming to market, and the inability to sell even good longer term corporate debt, it makes sense.

I always had that problem of classification. I tend to be fairly liberal on domestic and labor policy, conservative on guns and free markets, and semi-fascist on foreign policy. As one friend told me: "I can't figure out if you're a communist or a nazi." He misses the point. I'm too cheap to join any party. <g>
