Great Britain, Australia, Israel, Kuwait, Turkey. That's five. But that's not all. Romania, Bulgaria, Jordan. The Chinese won't oppose us. Russia and France are halfway there. More will support us if the UN gives a go ahead.

The UN Security Council is likely to agree to a new resolution requiring Saddam to allow UN weapons inspectors unlimited access to every part of Iraq. If Saddam resists, that is the question.
