AOL is a good company. I like Viacom better, and Yahoo better still.

Lots of organizational/turf issues at AOL. They haven't gotten away from dialup on the AOL side. Their sales force is getting their clock cleaned by Yahoo's*.

The former Time-Warner-Turner divisions is great but there are issues there like Fox News competing successfully against CNN.
