So Saddam does have biological and or chemical weapons of mass destruction and will use them in violation of International law. It's good we have that clear. In violation of terms of unconditional surrender that 299 Americans died to secure Saddam has biological and or chemical weapons of mass destruction. Well if Saddam is willing to break all International laws, I say have him violate them when we choose and not when he chooses.
