No, as long as saying "you ought to do whatever" and it's framed as a suggestion.

But arguing that people should not be left to choose their own values and lifestyles and find their own bliss, even though there is no official enforcement mechanism, is not auspicious. Shaming and contempt other social sanctions are enforcement mechanisms, you know.
