Saddam Hussein is responsible for causing the deaths of about 1.5 million people. As far as I know, there is no individual alive today who can match that total. His secret police have made over 200,000 Iraqis disappear over the decades. Just think what this monster can achieve if he ever gets the nuclear bomb. Getting nuclear weapons is vitally important to him - he's passed up $180B of oil revenues which he could have had if he'd complied with UNSCOM. And he is honor bound to take revenge against us for the setback we dealt him in the Gulf War.
