I agree, the NDX could be close to a turn. For that to happen, it needs to flag out and consolidate some more to give the trendlines a chance to drop a bit. However, the NDX could just as easily drop to 775 here also.

I want to point out that the same thing was happening in July, the ndx was very strong relatively and of course it then got hammered after expiry.
