I think the "can" we remove him has to be interpreted.

Is it, can we physically do it? Of course we can. One nuclear bomb on Baghdad and he's out of power. Pfut.

But it is, do we have the will to do it, I don't think so.

Just like Vietnam. We could have nuked North Vietman and won the war hands down.

We chose not to.

We had the means, but lacked the will, to win.

So we lost the war.
