Do you agree with me that the people who have the most to gain from the seemingly random terrorization of the public are the most likely perpetrators?

And if you do, do you agree with me that the forces attempting to create a Police State in America are the most likely perpetrators?

It's called a cui bono? or "Who Benefits?" analysis. This has solved a lot of crimes in the past. I think it could apply today.
