Federal prosecutors are considering whether public comments made by Martha Stewart about her sale of ImClone (IMCL) shares may have been made to prop up shares of Martha Stewart Omnimedia (MSO), the company she runs. According to Thursday's Wall Street Journal, the feds are considering whether the comments could constitute securities fraud. The report cited," people familiar with the matter."
