Sorry for a late response, I don't spend as much time on SI as I used to, in any case here are my answers to your questions:

1) I don't play penny stocks often, and just like everyone else, I win some and I lose some on my trades; but ECNC was still by far the best trade I ever made when it ran from 20 cents to $21.88. I just got lucky to be in the right place at the right time, and the time I spent researching ECNC was well worth it. To be specific to your question, the answer is no, I did not invest in ECNC, and I did not get stuck twice before the halt.

2) I have forwarded info about ECNC to the SEC in the past, but I did not contact the FBI about Tom Hughes. Tom Hughes committed security fraud, and he deserved to be in jail. I am sure if the FBI wants to contact me, they know where to find me. No subpoena so far, but I would love to share anything I know about ECNC with the FBI if they are interested.

3) No, I did not buy anything with the cash pad (you couldn't buy anything using a machine that was not working...lol), but I had put the CashPad to a good use. I hung the cash pad at my front door with a note: "If you are at my door soliciting or selling me something, please swipe your credit card here instead of ringing my door bell, I will answer the door promptly". Needless to say, I have not seen a saleman knocking on my door ever since. :)

4) I have nothing bad to say about the short sellers, and I don't think shorting is evil. Naked shorting by MMs is another story, but it is too long to discuss here, and I don't claim to be an expert who know how the system works, so don't ask me.

5) If calling the FBI and complain about something I don't know much about is your definition of a manhood, then you can call me a sissy or a homo, I have very thick skin, I can take that ( and if you think Freddie Kruger is ugly and thick skin, wait until you see my picture...lol).

6) I don't like Tony because he is a fraud. It is just as simple as that. Whether I was his bag holder from the old day when he used to pump CEGE at $50 or JDSU at $100+, or whether I got caught on the long side of one his short or not is IRRELEVANT, it does not change the fact that Tony is a convicted felon and a fraud who committed crime, and he is running into trouble again with the law. His constant preaching that he is now a 'reformed' crook is a bunch of cow dung that a 10 year olds kid can see through it without much effort. My opinion about Tony were not a hasty conclusion, but rather an observation from a serie of behaviors that Tony acted and displayed in public; in which, we have discussed at length here and elsewhere on SI.

I've seen reformed crooks; but unfortunately, Tony was not one of them. Time will tell if I am right or wrong in a few months.

If you are fooled by a crook once, shame on him; but if you are fooled by the same crook twice, shame on YOU.

Regards,

DaiTN
