Who says the casing was from his rifle? If I wanted the police to run in circles for a while I'd leave a casing I picked up at the local range....and leave a Tarot card if I had no interest or knowledge of Tarot.... If you watch enough CSI you can learn what to do as well as what not to do....this guy does not want caught yet....he doesn't even want them close at this time....he's had no close calls....right now he feels like he's the brains of the bunch. It would not surprise me if he took a 300 mile drive to make his next shot. Shootie
