MB - Long time - have you seen your soul since you sold it out to the man? I just can't picture you sitting in an office with a whole lot of people who have no idea what you are talking about. Because you me and the lamppost - there aint nothing new under the sun - and it is all cyclical. I know you have been optimistic before - but that was before SI started. BTW I heard Henry Rollins (remember him? Black Flag) on some AM station last night as I was working past 11 - he gave up the super heavy weights. Said he went lighter - higher reps - before his joints imploded. You still max-ing - or are you now suffering longer sessions like the rest of us aging hippies.
