New Low coming ? Just heard a forecast that the low might be Oct 14. Remember, oscillators work best when there is constant money in the market. When large amounts of money flow in, you get many long periods of "overbought". WHen money flows out, like this bear market, we get extensive "oversold" readings...but hte market may not come back when it "should".
