Dow up 260 points in an hour. Nice. I believe 7200 was a fib of some import, but the strength of the bounce sure makes one thing we've turned. Gotta see what the first pullback yields. Lately, these straight shot dow rallies haven't had much lasting power, but one of them likely will. I'll let ya know in a few days if this is the one that does.

I have occasional access to the work of Tim Villano at Tradersfocus.com. He actually keeps a running count of days with extreme ticks. Seems to work well for him.
