Answer the question! Wasn't a democrat in office
during part of those years??????? 1962? It appears it
was the democrats who started the whole BIO mess testing
on citizens. You simply can't trust a democrat.

I can see why democrats such as Daschle and Byrd are so
quick to defend Saddam. Saddam did the same BIO testing
on his own people, that the democrats started here, back
in 1962. Saddam is a democrat! Byrds of a feather flock
together.
