<What are the detailed SEC Guidelines for establishing Resources? How can anyone know something that really does not exist? >

They do exist I think. From a recent advertising by GE:

:"(It is important to note that Golden Eagle does not claim or report any reserves pursuant to Guide 7 of the SEC Regulations.)"

Hi Doug,

Nice to hear from you. If it wasn't getting carried away, why did the court order then to withdraw the PR?

Yes, the SEC could not prove the study was incorrect, but on what grounds was the PR ordered withdrawn.

I am not, by any means trying to be a pain, but the PR was pulled after the court case. That is not a positive development.

If you can shed light on that, please do.

Miles
