Tim, are you sure Streisand is as ignorant as you think? When I was in LA, she was one of the Hollywood types who understood best the issues.........after all, she's a New Yorker.......at least, they think they know. <g> She's also pretty bright. I know that email did not cast in a very good light but that's not typical of her. Give me a break. "Understood best the issues". Now, that is a laugh. Have ever even heard this woman speak? A total ignoramus.

I don't know enough about Streisand in particular to accuse her of being ignorant of political issues but I do find that there are a lot of Hollywood types who seem to think that their popularity makes them experts on everything and who are often ill informed of the issues or only informed about one issue that they make thier focus without considering or perhaps even knowing how it might effect other issues. I do suspect that at the very least Streisand is more politically ignorant then the people you mentioned (Limbaugh and Coulter) if she actually is that knowledgeable she hides it well. Tim
