When EVERYONE hears the bell to climb aboard, you know, the one that says "this time it is different and there are no more business cycles... We even managed to save the market back in October 2002 from crashing after the greatest bubble ever!" When even Precther and all da other perma bears join the bull party and II gets to 90% rather than a measly 70% as it did in March 2000.... THEN we know the bell has wrung and it is time to sell. :)

Right. Most people I talk to see no hope in this market. P/C still at 0.83. This after dow has rallied 600 points. Nothing goes up or down in a straight line, but there is a decent chance of lows being behind us.
