Hard to pull one over on the top 1%... it explains why Labor has never organized the engineers in the Silicon valley as we think we are all above average and so nobody would settle for "average pay." <G> But if you look at Germany and how they lock the doors, I was told, on weekends and you get paid holidays AND months off rather than weeks, I think they live much better than we do and get more per hour worked too. Of course, not too much venture capital is invested in Germany. Kirk
