The best way to catch a lunatic is to bait with lunacy of his/her level
Simply publish/broadcast that god has already been accounted for and is willing to meet.
Include a meeting place
Then wait for an angry nut to appear.
Being that they use calling cards, they are likely to respond to one
Just as you would a child, communicate on their level for the best response
