That's SacBee for you. Even worse, you should talk to some of the mortgage brokers. Tell them you're selling some land, it's, "No! Don't do it, just refinance! Hordes are coming over the hills and prices will go to the moon!" etc. etc. This was just yesterday... The kicker is I'm up 400% on a parcel in 2 years, and I'll be %$#@ if I'm going to leave that particular chip on the table in light of hijacked Congress, hijacked economy, and bad guys in the woodwork willing to use Anthrax and sniper fire to dominate the M.E. Who knows what the next "event" will be, but it won't benefit the economy unless you're invested in Kevlar and gas masks, imho
