Buy Juniper
It will never happen. There would be serious culture clash. To give you an idea, it is *very* difficult for Cisco employees to be hired at Juniper.

You know whats interesting... Juniper, which arguably has to be in the worst shape mkt-wise given where its product strength is, is actually hiring a few, as of October.
