I did not call an end to the bear, but merely the possibility of the end of phase I which just means the current low can hold into next year. I don't expect a new bull until the year 2006. 10,000 on the Dow won't be seen again for a while and we'll still see much lower prices but not yet. If the pattern is correct it will be about 2 years of back and forth chop.
