I don't know how to control 4 billion outflow last week...AND i'm not sure the fed stops foreigners from selling as long as Bush talking smack... they gotta' try to stabilize this market somehow....I don't think it's gonna work...but they gotta' try... I think they need to put bush and ashcroft in the winnebago and just let them play a month long game of dungeons and dragons...and see where that takes us....
