"Carter Wins Nobel Peace Prize" They'll give the Nobel Peace Prize to anyone these days. After all, the biggest terrorists in history, Arafat, got one. A nobel Peace prize is pretty much an insult to one's character these days. It is about time Carter got something to recognize his TRUE character.
