"We're having a great day. I hope you're loaded long. Enjoy! "

I did pick up some around 29 based on the newsletter I got from Fred. He did predict a rally in October, but he also seems to think that stocks are still over valued based on the historical averages for P/E and P/S. He seems to like P/S to be well below 1.0 for most but P/S of 2.0 is reasonable for CISCO for example. Actually that was the reason I was curious about QCOM P/E and P/S in 2003. In August QCOM price was around $25, market cap was 20 billion, trailing P/E was 28, trailing P/S was 7.2. These are very high numbers, but QCOM is extremely well positioned with its IP and engineering skills. So it is hard to decide to hold on to what I have or take profit in couple days and hope to get back in later.
