Thanks. I completely agree. That is the reason it is hard to judge the value of QCOM.

I have an idea...pretend that the e from licensing are being drawn from revs that produce the average operating margin for the rest of non licensing revenues. The e produced from licensing now, would have to come from revenues 2.8 billion higher per year. Qcom's ps ratio would be well under 5.
