CBOE end of day OI figures are accurate.
CBOE intraday PC ratios are CBOE only.
I am assuming Qcharts includes all the exchanges since it differs often dramatically.
Not sure how I worked this out but I am pretty sure what I am posting is correct.

Now I remember.
Was checking volume counts and CBOE was fucked up.
Qcharts had correct volume (as best as I could tell), thus with correct volume I concluded that PC ratios should be accurate as well.

For the record, I can't find any bears (save Velo) that think we may have bottomed on the 10th, ergo believe this rally....almost everyone expects a final leg down, and even Velo allows for it (ie. slightly hedged)..even some bulls are looking towards an end-of-month bottom

Of course, I don't know if this means anything
