Nobiz,

I have solved the case of the Washington sniper. It is, in fact, a clever murder-for-money caper.

The sniper offs 10 or 12 people at random. He then snipes and kills his rich Uncle Clyde while he is filling-up at a Montgomery County, Maryland Exxon station.

Everybody assumes that Uncle Clyde was just randomly in the wrong place at the wrong time when in fact he was the intended victim from the very beginning. His nephew Frank, who coincidentally is the sniper and has already murdered 10 or 12 people, profits handsomely from Uncle Clyde's untimely demise.

Nephew Frank tosses his AR-15 military-style .223 calibre weapon into the Potomac River and looks forward to the reading of the will.

The perfect crime.

If I send this theory to the FBI, do you believe I should be entitled to direct information from the FBI? Quid pro quo?
