The difficulty in a rally that is a stock price rally and not a substance rally goes back to the corporations who find their stocks are leaping out of control of their ability to create again.

If you don't have substance and that means earnings and job growth it is bubble time, be it the champagne small type it is the bubbles that killed the tech.

Self answered question why we are a market to traders.
