<Thought you would have given opinion / analysis on S.A. Government's "Socio-Economic Empowerment Charter for the Mining Industry".> If you want analysis of the RSA Mining Charter, you have to go to a goldbug website with pretentious names, reams of long boring essays, or 30 banner ads on the main page. I just do the best I can to buy and sell stocks to make money. If it doesn't have a ticker symbol, it's not on my list of things to have an opinion on.
