Do you have public statements from any of those nations (from their own words, not some neocon interpreting what they really mean) suggesting that they are signing up for a war not directly sanctioned by the United Nations?

Why should I go to the trouble of walking that particular cat backwards when it's clear that going forward the UN will approve?

Carl, this has gone round and round and round until I am dizzy. Wait till the war starts and see who's on the Bandwagon. None of these countries are going to get themselves into trouble until they know for sure we are taking down Saddam.
