Ted, regarding Palestine, this is interesting. From this article:

story.news.yahoo.com. (scroll halfway down)

In the Gaza Strip, thousands of gunmen from Yasser Arafat (news - web sites)'s Fatah (news - web sites) faction marched Friday in a show of strength against Hamas over the killing of a Palestinian police chief by a Hamas member.

Ten, its what I've suspected for some time........Arafat probably is mostly at odds with the Hamas. I have always thought he has not tried to disassociate himself from the Hamas no matter how heinous the latest crime they had committed only because he doesn't want it to look like he doesn't have control over the occupied territories.....which, of course, he doesn't. Its why Sharon's demands that Arafat clean things up seem like just so much browbeating to embarrass Arafat more than anything else.

Now the schism apparently has been brought to the surface.........probably civil war is about to break out, adding to the fun.
