Thanks Ron....I say....TURKEY!.....with dressing and candied sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy and shrimp cocktail and Ceaser salad and pumpkin pie and pecan pie and whipped cream and brownies and chocolate chip ice cream for the kids.....the vegetables of your choice cooked lightly, of course.

Ham too.......a spiral sliced honey glazed ham goes good with cheezy potatoes....I have a GREAT recipe using hash browned potatoes, always a hit at gatherings.

I love to cook..... the only collection I own is a cookbook collection. I have cookbooks from the 1920's, 30's and 40's. Great stuff. No one cared about fat grams then!!! WE are fatter now.......I think I know why. That is why I am not fat.....I have GREAT chocolate cookbooks. ;-)

Anyway, that PR sure makes MYNG look good........how come I am not excited??????? You know why, I have been around for 4 years. What is the saying about "Yee who waits"?

Oh yeah........"Good things come"....hmmmmm, that takes me to another subject.

Enjoy your weekend!!!!!!!!!!! Colleen

A man is driving a pick-up truck down the road with a bunch of ducks standing in the back. A police officer pulls over the driver and informs him that he is speeding and then asks him where does he think he's going with all those ducks. The driver says that he just doesn't know what to do anymore. The officer says, "Look, there's a zoo not far from there and that's where you should be taking them. That will take care of your problem."

The man thanks the officer and drives off with his ducks. The next day the officer again sees the pick-up truck once again speeding down the road. This time, though, all the ducks in the back are standing there with sunglasses. The officer pulls over the driver over and says, "I thought I told you to take them to the zoo!"

"I did that," said the driver, "but now they want to go to the beach!"

Might be a good idea, NOT to check the performance of most of these during their contract periods.

Past Investor Relations Clients:

Apha Rx Inc. (AHRX - NASD OTCBB) The term of this investor relations contract was six months ending January 20, 2002. Alliance was entitled to $5000 US per month in compensation, paid by formula in restricted stock.

Aspac Communications Inc. (ACMN - NASD OTCBB) The term of this investor relations contract was one year, beginning July 20, 2001. The contract was terminated in December, 2001. Alliance received $5000 US per month in compensation plus 150,000 warrants with an exercise price of $1.50 US per share.

GSB Financial Services Inc. (GSBF - Pink Sheets) This contract was negotiated and then not completed by GSB. Compensation was to be $5000 US per month for six months plus 150,000 warrants with an exercise price of 0.001 cents US. Allianced received no compensation from GSB for work performed.

PSAINC (PSAZ - NASD OTCBB) The term of this contract was from November 15, 2000 to May 15, 2001. Compensation was $5000 per month plus 2000 restricted shares per month. With representations from PSA that the contract would be extended, Alliance continued to handle inbound investor and shareholder calls until September 2001, but no compensation was given for this activity. Neither the restricted shares nor the $10,000 for March 15 - May 15 was received by Alliance.

Telenetics Corporation Inc. (TLNT - NASD OTCBB) The term of this contract was for six months, from May 31, 2001 to November 30, 2001. Compensation was $2000 US per month plus 50,000 restricted shares. The total compensation of $12,000 will be paid to Alliance in 24,000 restricted shares valued at $0.50 US per share.

Xdogs Inc. (XDGI - NASD OTCBB) The term of this contract was for one year beginning January 1, 2001. Compensation was $35,000 US, which Alliance elected to convert to 25,000 restricted common shares at $1.40 US per share, plus 100,000 warrants with an exercise price of $0.0625 US Per share.
