This IMHO is not the right time to do acquisitions. That time is still to come and no doubt: then cash will be king. As for BRCM´s current stumbling in the WiFi area, well others seem to have a better and more aggressive program as for catching up with and gain market-share from the 2 current leaders. I heard from a mighty competitor, that "we love (competing with) BRCM, they are so predictable: They always slip 6 months on their announcements"... Thus they display their "secret" road-map and hand out an advantage to those with swift and reliable new product design-cycles. Taro
