Or we could bank it for 6 months more, then buy ERICY and MOT on the open market, sell off all the divisions for cash, and keep the patents. that would cause alot more uproar and value in stock price than you getting a few thousand dollars per year. Stock would take off, since Q would control the majority of the GSM patents.

$1 a share ...

At a price of $40, a $1 dividend is 2.5% yield. A definite value move. And as you say, not it is less than their cash flow this year and as far as I can tell for upcoming years far into the future.
