Laura Bush is the loveliest First Lady we've had in years. She has more class in her little finger than Hillary Clinton has in her whole miserable world. History will record Laura Bush kindly; it will accurately log Hillary Clinton as the witch of the west wing.

Dear Pat: I agree totally with Dave Allens response to you. In fact I am SHOCKED you would say such a thing about Laura Bush. She's a very level headed LADY, was a school teacher for years if that spells "milk toast" in your book I am surprised. As to the Nam comment, frankly most intelligent young men with even a little financial backing avoided it if they wanted to by going to and staying in College, nothing unusual there. I enlisted in the Marines only cause (a) my brother was a hero in WWII in USMC (b) I was too young and too excited about the prospect to have common sense. haha. I went to college AFTER I got out. To be honest, I am not sorry for what I did, it was a major turning point in my life and I believe I owe my later success in life TOTALLY to the USMC that taught me discipline and the ability and mental toughness it takes to be very successful in life financially. jdn
