Jeffry, Sure. I am not usually in a position to comment in detail about things that happen in the farms. There is a plan to increase the bandwidth, and that imho is very likely to address problems with data delay, crossed bids/asks, etc.

On active market days, like we had this past week, quote volume and quote requests both go up.

Jeffry don't hold your breath. Your complaints are the same complaints we have made for 2 or 3 years. Don't expect any improvements.

QCharts is a backup system at best now.
