You talking Fed

I would agree that it's human nature to exaggerate then under estimate future demand. So business is cyclical.

However our current financial systems make the effect worse. The Fed is one example. In the UK, property is being built like crazy. Everywhere I go I see houses being built. House prices are sky rocketing. Banks are approving loans as fast as they can print them. This helps move up the price of property etc. Wondeful if it keeps working. We can all have a luxury home!!! I want one with solid gold plumbing, and besides, I dont want any of that el cheapo lead on the roof either.... and platinum guttering that does not need contant repainting, and has a good anti corrosion characteristic -g-
