I actually think we are in agreement on this one.

This is about the potential for the chips in combination with other stuff in the system or just other parts of the system that may or may not violate an Intergraph patent. All that Intergraph is doing with the language is making it clear that the chips may be licensed for certain patents, but you also have to deal with overall system design. I think they stressed it in the deal to make sure no one could argue that the license Intel got was broader then for the structure inside the chip.
