What surprised me was the lack of a 14th amendment suit by an advocacy group. I would not be surprised if the oldest and most inaccurate machines are in low income areas.

Though I don't think that I'd go along with . I believe they forgot that when they chose to hear the case in 2000.

I have other theories about their involvement but what good is it without hard facts?

Wrong. The USSC saved our Constitutional system by intervening...Bush v. Gore is a well reasoned decision, well supported by precedent and customary practices of the Court...
