Dear Pat: Well, if it is war you fear you might take heart in what the British Prime Minister said yesterday. "It seems the TOUGHER the USA sounds the LESS LIKELY we will have to go to war as Iraq is capitulating on their inspection demands". Not an exact quote but thats the meaning. JDN
